Full-time Elavon Telesales Sales Support Specialist

at confidential in Atlanta, GA

Provides administrative support and assistance to a centralized sales function by preparing and processing new customer accounts in compliance with policies and procedures. Gathers and reviews necessary documentation and information within designated timeframes. Communicates with sales and other internal staff and customers. Responds to inquiries, resolves problems, and obtains additional documentation needed to support the sales process.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of clerical experience Preferred Skills/Experience
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Proven customer service/relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills'
