Play a vital role in the customer banking experience at Chase! As an In-Store Personal Banker, you will acquire, retain and expand new and existing customer relationships by aisle prospecting, profiling to discover needs, recommending the best products and services, completing sales, proactively contacting and meeting customers, asking for referrals, and conducting appointments in a Chase Branch within a grocery store locations. You will also provide exemplary customer service and effective solutions to service questions or other inquires and perform paying and receiving transactions.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent probing and listening skills to uncover customer needs
Strong presentation skills and PC skills
Strong planning, organizational, follow-up skills
Attention to detail, and self-discipline to manage daily administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
Customer service, sales and/or computer experience preferred
Ability to work weekends and evening hours required
Minimum one year sales experience required (2-5 years preferred)
High school diploma, GED or foreign equivalent required; College degree strongly preferred
