Production Supervisor
at confidential in Jackson, MS
public growth-oriented company, is a $800 million leading manufacturer
of plastic bottles for consumer marketing companies around the world,
manufacturing a wide range of plastic bottles for food, beverage,
personal care, health and beauty care, household and industrial
products. Constar presently operates 18 manufacturing facilities
worldwide, 14 domestic and 4 international. We offer a competitive

Requirements
Bachelors in Management/Engineering and/or 3 years manufacturing
supervisory experience with proven ability to lead/motivate/develop
hourly associates (PET experience a plus!). Must be willing to work
12-hour shifts (7 to 7), 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next. Every
other weekend is part of the normal work schedule and holidays are based
on customer demand. Must possess the ability to work well with people
from diverse backgrounds. Successful candidate will have excellent
interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn the business and make a
commitment in return for a career with advancement opportunities
