Production Supervisor
at confidential in Lumberton, MS
Supervises hourly personnel engaged in the safe manufacture of single
phase pad-mount transformers in accordance with all schedules and
specifications for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Education, Training, etc.):
Requirements for this position include a BS degree preferably in
management, three years leadership experience, preferably in a
manufacturing environment; well developed written and verbal
communication skills; well developed time management skills;
demonstrated ability to achieve plant and departmental goals and
objectives through effective leadership, direction and utilization of
subordinates’ time and talents.
