• Five (5) years of MS Windows Active Directory and MS Exchange Experience
• Two (2) or more years of demonstrated Engineering experience providing level III/IV support of a production MS Exchange 2007 environment
• Demonstrated Experience and Expertise supporting the following:
  - MS Windows Active Directory / Exchange Troubleshooting
  - MS Windows Clustered environment
  - Escalation Support
  - Email Recovery
  - Enterprise level 5000 or more users
• Open to working OT in support of changes within pre-established maintenance windows

Our client has an immediate Five (5 1/2) months contract opening for a Level IV MS Exchange Support Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for day to day operational support of an existing environment. Will be joining with a SR Level Lead MS Exchange Engineer as a Direct Report and will be responsible for backing up the lead. Day to Day Operational Support supporting approximately 25,000 end users spreadout over 500 locations. This is an existing environment providing Operational/Production Support. The supported environment consists of production, backup and test environments. Business continuity is supported using Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition Server Cluster. Approximately 80% of the work is Level III and IV support issues. The selected candidate can expect some System Administrative work. Responsible for Email Recovery on escalated issues from Helpdesk. Responsible for Configuration changes. Will have the opportunity to do MS Exchange Engineering work. Will be involved in an infrastructure move from the current Data Center to a new facility. Work will involve a planned failover to the Backup Production Environment. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of configuration changes. Maintenance and configuration changes are 99% planned and occur during pre-established maintenance windows.
