• United States Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Customs and Border Protection suitability.
• Must have a B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics or related area of study
• Proven strong innovative and analytical ability with extensive implementation skills.
• Must be a team player, and have excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work
• 5-7 years of experience of Java developer including J2EE working with textual content
• Extensive knowledge of structureed and unstructured data analysis
• Experience working in both OLTP and Data Warehouse environments
• Experience working with an application development team in an agile software development environment
• Demonstrated proficiency of troubleshooting techniques and detail-oriented problem diagnosis
• Experience with one or more of the following tools a plus:

Our client has an immediate openings for Senior Semantic Analyst to support contracts with Federal Civilian agencies in the DC metropolitan area. The qualified candidate will be required to be a self-starter with demonstrated experience using textual analysis tools; as well as possess strong experience developing, implementing, and maintaining predictive models using modeling techniques including but not necessarily limited to summarization, categorization, clustering and entity extraction. Excellent interpersonal skills, and professionalism; as well as the ability to communicate comfortably with all levels of staff and management are a must.
