Consumer Electronics Service Technician
We are searching for a costumer-orientated consumer electronics technician to staff our expanding service department. This position is full-time for the right detail-orientated person. The position requires proficiency in serving all types consumer electronic items.
Job Qualifications:
Training in schematics (reading and interpreting), technical degree in electronic technology a plus, 1-2 years experience with consumer electronics preferred. Solid problem solving capabilities. Passionate dedication to customer service, Excellent communication skills, Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance, Clean driving record and ability to drive box-trucks, Outstanding diagnosis and problem solving skills, Able to perform component level diagnostics and repairs on various consumer electronics items.
Duties and Responsibility:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance, clean driving record and ability to drive box-trucks, diagnostic and problem solving skills relating to consumer electronic devices, able to perform component level diagnostics soldering experiences a must. This position requires the ability to work at the fast paced as a team member, communication skills with costumer is essential, organizational skills are required and the ability to coordinate with clients drop off and pick up schedules in a timely manner.
