• US Citizen with clean background
• Must pass a background and drug test
• BSEE/BSCS or equivalent plus at least 5 years in Electrical and/or Test Engineering.
• Very proficient knowledge of hardware and software design using OrCAD Capture, PCB layout (Mentor Graphics), NI LabWindows/CVI and NI Test Stand API.
• Solid understanding of RF signal circuit analysis equipment/method design.
• Should also be highly knowledgeable of high complexity circuit card manufacturing.
Job Description
The manager is looking for a well rounded EE with a strong background designing hardware and the ability to write test software. The position involves a lot of functional test design, which requires the ideal candidate to have classical electrical design and test design skills.

This is what makes the OrCAD and Mentor Graphics experience very relevant.
The manager is not looking for a "super" test technician. The right candidate must be an electrical design engineer.
Candidate must know how to design an ITA (interface test adapter), and the work will also likely include cable design and design of an interface between the test equipment and the unit under test.
