Full-time Help Desk Analyst

at Elite Technical Services in Melville, NY

  • Must have 3+ years of Help Desk support.
  • Strong XP and related MS Office applications.
  • Strong HW/SW troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong Networking experience.
  • Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts within a 24/7 including nights, weekends and holidays.

Pluses: A+, MCP/MCSE, prior experience working on a retail Help Desk and POS exp.

Our client has an immediate contract position for a Help Desk Analyst to support their POS (Point of Sale) platform for approximate 365 retail stores throughout the US and Canada. The selected Analyst will be part of a small team providing 24/7 support responsible for troubleshooting HW & SW problems, printing problems, networking issues, applying patches as needed, connectivity issues, and assisting with new store openings. The job requires 100% phone support
