Required Skills:
- In depth knowledge of retail business processes, with 2+ years experience with retail merchandising systems
- Knowledge of at least four of the following: merchandising, allocation, replenishment, apparel, footwear, hard goods, receiving, supply chain, CRM, planning, POS, warehouse and operations.
- Ability to interact with clients on any level
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer Service oriented – willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work independently or with a team

Our client has an immediate opening for a Retail Merchandising Business Analyst to work as a business partner with assigned corporate retail clients by identifying areas of improvement through business process change or system enhancements to achiev maximum returns with their retail business practice.
As an advocate for your clients, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist with new client implementation and ongoing support
- Review client requirements, specifications, business processes and make recommendations related to proposed solutions
- Work directly with the client to understand business issues/needs and can identify areas of improvement through business process change or system enhancement to achieve their business objective.
- Train client personnel (some travel required)
