Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Help Desk telephone support
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve POS and/or propriety software issues
• Must have Proprietary software experience in a Call Center
• Must have strong Microsoft skills including XP, W2K, MS Office, etc…
• Strong written & communication skills
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Overnight shift is also available.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with POS systems (Fujitsu/ICL or STS coalition – preferred)
• Experience coordinating/implementing new POS systems and upgrades
• Retail/business background a plus
