Tier II Help Desk / Desktop Support Technician servicing a major Federal Financial Agency. The technician will have to work independently with minimum supervision and become the hands and eyes for the network and server folks working in their Arlington office to resolve problems.
The Technician will fill multiple rolls that includes helpdesk, desktop, network, and windows server support functions within an enterprise open systems environment. It is essential that the candidate has a strong competency in each respective functional area, and achieves the performance deliverables ncluding;
Additionally, this person will provide support to the Telecom, Network Ops and Server teams by taking directions over the phone to assist in the resolution of critical outages
