Must have DHS Clearance, Entrance on Duty (EOD)/Suitability OR DHS agency component clearance i.e. TSA, CBP, ICE, US Coastguard, FEMA, Immigration, Secret Service. *NOTE: DoD Secret Clearance will not suffice

• BS degree with 8 years Sun Solaris experience
• Must have Solaris migration experience including Solaris 8/9 and 10
• Ability and resources to support Migration efforts remotely from home

Our client has an immediate need for a Sun Solaris UNIX Engineer/Architect for 3 months contract. Position offers potential for longer term and even conversion to a full time employee. Our client is a well known and respected provider of Government IT Services. Open to temporary relocation.
Role and Responsibilities: Our client is looking for a Solaris Engineer with a demonstrated history of engineering and facilitating Solaris Upgrades and Migration efforts. Project ending in December 2010 (may go longer, TBD in December). Majority of work will be done remotely with some travel to Mississippi.
