inerc.com was founded in 2009 by Roger, simple job board business model.
I'm still blown away that the big boards think running ads on a job page that an employer has paid hundreds of dollars for is acceptable. I'm glad I don't own any Monster stock!

iNerc.com allows you:
Job posts and resumes are distributed to other job/resume search web sites in order to increase exposure of your job/resume post.
We do not evaluate job listings, resumes, or other information posted to iNerc.com.
We are not involved in the actual transaction between potential employers and candidates.
Job Postings Restrictions
You will not:
- Post information not related to job announcement.
- Post job description, if you are not actual employer and you don't represent actual employer.
- Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
- Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose.
- Defame, harass, abuse, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
Failure to comply with any of these restrictions will be cause for the termination of your Posting.
We reserve the absolute right, without giving any reasons, to remove any posted information (such as job announcement) from iNerc.com for any reason and at any time without prior notice.
Privacy
Almost all information you provide to iNerc.com is considered public. That means that the content of your postings will be available to everyone interested and easily searchable on search web sites such as Google, Yahoo, and Indeed.com.
Only the following information stays private:
- Your E-mail.
- Email address that is associated with your iNerc.com account. (Note, that if you include your email address in job description or resume text -- that email will be widely distributed. When you apply for job or contact job seeker -- person who you try to contact would receive your email address).
If you don't want your information being published or searchable -- delete such information from the form.
